Lisa Goodrich Obituary

Lisa A. (Wenitsky) Goodrich, 44, wife of Brad Goodrich of 19 years, of Royersford, passed away on Sunday, March 14 at Phoenixville Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia, and raised in Richboro, Bucks County, she was the daughter of Irving J. and Linda T. (Chiccino) Wenitsky.
Lisa was a 1984 graduate of Council Rock High School in Newtown, PA. She graduated in 1998 from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Elementary Education. Lisa founded Bright Beginnings Child Care Center and Preschool in Limerick in 1995. Since then she has lovingly provided education and care to thousands of children and their families. Lisa's caring nature was expressed through her selfless generosity and support of everyone in her life. What was most important to her was her children. She encouraged and supported them in everything they were involved in including youth sports. Lisa was so proud and amazed at everything they accomplished. She also enjoyed cooking, music and caring for their dog Nicky and cat Oreo.
Surviving with her husband and parents are her children Amanda T., Mathew R. and Abigail G. Goodrich; siblings Michelle L. Daly, and Rich F. and Sue A. Wenitsky; cousin Jonathon Chiccino. She is predeceased by maternal grandparents Frank J. and Susan L. (Dorisio) Chiccino; uncle Frank R. Chiccino; and paternal grandparents Jacob and Elizabeth (Precher) Wenitsky.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 10:15 a.m. at Sacred Heart RC Church, Lewis Road and Walnut Street, Royersford. Burial will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd., 329 N. Lewis Road, Royersford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lisa's name to the Aniridia Foundation International ,930 Madison Ave., Suite 314 ,Memphis, TN 38163
