Linda's life on earth was too short but it was well-lived. I met Linda in the early 1990s when we were National Guardsmen both part of JCNTF. She was beautiful, ambitious and caring. So many will miss her, & I am glad I knew her. God bless her family.

Our deepest sympathygoes out to Linda's husband, children and extended family. We met Linda when we purchased our home in Vista Montana almost 6 years ago. We remained friends on the internet but did not see her often enough after the office was closed here at Vista Montana. We reconnected on Facebook and we exchanged greetings and followed her courages fight sending messages to give her hope and encouragement. She was a very strong and courages fighter. Her short life left a proud legacy for her children and grandchild. You will be missed Linda!

Dear Linda,
Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I first meet Linda at The Wild Wild West in Tucson. Her and her brother were out. She had taken him out to have fun. That was the type of person she was, always worried and concerned about others. Totally unselfish, trying to motivate and doing what she could for everyone else. I love you and will miss you. I will make sure Jeremiah knows what kind of person you were and try to set as good as an example as you did. I want the family to know if you need anything please don't hesitate to call. You all hold a special place in my heart.

With love,
Tammy Spradlin

Linda was my childhood friend and we reconnected about 3 1/2 years ago. She inspired me during my cancer fight, more than she probably knew. Her positive attitude and guidance during her battle showed me that I can do it. She was a good friend when we were young and she was the same now that we are adults. I will miss your smile Linda. Rest in peace my dear friend. Love Sirena Finch (Shumate)

I was so happy to be back in touch with Linda after many years. Linda was a beautiful person (inside and out). Because of her, I no longer look at my battles with Lupus as a burden. Linda squeezed every bit of life she could in the time she was given. It made me appreciate my life, tough times and all. I know she is in a better place, I know she is not in pain, I know I will see her again ...and while I know that I will celebrate her life, I am selfishly saddened by the fact that my light in this physical world just became a little dimmer. I will miss her presence. I was happy to know her - I remember her in our childhood years and I was happy to also get to know the woman she had become. I love you Linda. To Linda's family, you are in my prayers and thank you for sharing her with the rest of us.

Until we meet again ...

Linda was an incredible lady. She showed such commitment to every aspect of her work, always striving for excellence, and moreso when it came to her family. She was fiercely devoted and proud of each of them, which was evident in both her words and actions.
