Aunt Mae,

I feel like a child when I think of Uncle Bill. He is a part of my forever memory that makes up who I am. I remember the fishing trips, family parties and the boondocks with Grandma Wilson. What I remember most is your family. Your marriage, beyond anything else, illustrated to me the true meaning of committment and love. Your marriage was the one tangible, solid example of unselfish love that I have ever known. I don't know anything about the loss you're feeling now after loving someone for 49 years, but I pray that the memories of him that make you ache now, will one day bring you joy and sustain you. I love you.
