Thanks and mahalo to all of you for your fond memories of my Mom. And thank you to all of you who attended her memorial service to say good-bye for now. I, too, miss her desparately. Mom and my daughter, Dacia, are my very bests friends. I will always treasure the great times that we've had together. So grateful that Mom was able to meet and recognize her great grandaughter, Alexis Eileen (5 months of age), in August, just 2 weeks before Mom passed. I am truly honored to have Betty as my Mom. I agree, she truly is a wonderful, sincere, loving, and sweet, sweet person who touches so many lives in such a positive and long-lasting way--both while she was on this earth and beyond. God bless you Mom. Enjoy Paradise. We'll see you when we join you there. Oh that sweet reunion.

I will truly miss Betty. She was a sweet person who always had a smile on her face. I feel grateful that I had a chance to work with her. She will always be remembered here at Parkside.

From my very first day on the job, Betty greeted me with a smile. I have worked with Betty for sixteen years and even though I did not realize it Betty was teaching me a few things about life in general, as an older adult I look back and see how she showed me a different part to life, God bless you Betty.

Betty was an amazing person. I had the privilege of working with her for over 20 years beginning with the old Tulsa Psychiatric Center days. Betty weathered all the challenges and transitions - and there were so many - with the utmost of grace and integrity. She carried the oral history of that organization for what, well over 30 years? (She had some wild tales, too, of those early days!)
Over the years she shared wonderful stories of her family, tales of adventures with Glenn to car shows, countless cups of coffee (and she liked it strong...!), laughter, phenomenal strength and enduring patience.

Betty was one of the kindest persons I have ever met. I am so grateful for the guidance and support she gave me over the years. It is an honor to have known her.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family during this time of profound loss.

It was my privilege to have worked with Betty at Parkside. Her talents were always amazing as was her memory of the history of TPC and Parkside. She always had a smile for everyone and brighened our days. She will be missed in all our lives.

Betty was a special person. I really enjoyed working with her. We certainly saw quite a few changes at TPC/Parkside. She loved her family because she talked with me about them all the time. When she lost Glenn, it was especially difficult for her. She will be missed, especially her smile.

When I think of Betty, I think of one of the most professional, organized and friendly women I have worked with. She was constant and reliable. She is missed.

I have had the great fortune of marrying Betty's Granddaughter, Dacia. Betty Lou was the most loving, wonderful person I could have ever imagined. I will miss her as a bright part of my life. I am happy that my daughter Alexis was able to spend time with her GREAT Grandma just a few weeks ago and a little bit of Betty will live on in her. We will always remember her!

I will miss you and all the good and sometimes stressful work you did at Parkside. As a member of the board, I know that we couldn't have made it without you.
