Ira "Sam" Sampson

Sampson, Ira 'Sam' - Age 74 Of Mesa, AZ & Forest Lake, MN Passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2004. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Marie; son, Lon Sampson; granddaughter, Leah; brothers, Charles and David; as well as many nieces and nephews. Sam worked for Kraus Anderson Co. of St. Paul, Minnesota for 41 wonderful years in and around the Twin Cities. His job took him to many locations including Iowa, the Dakotas, Montana, Quad Cities, and Hawaii. Sam always loved a challenge. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, flew his own plane and loved to travel. He touched so many people's lives with his humility and his unique sense of humor. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 8 at 10 AM at All Saints Roman Catholic Church in Mesa, Arizona. There will be a Memorial Service in Forest Lake, Minnesota on Tuesday, March 16 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake, MN. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM and service at 10:30 AM.
