Erika Dahn Hadlock

1975 - 2011

Erika Dahn Hadlock, age 35, of Neola, was killed April 1, 2011, in an automobile accident.
She was born Nov. 22, 1975, in Vernal, to Barry and Evette Hadlock.
Erika was a very loving and caring person who took care of her parents and she was the world's best babysitter for her little niece, "Icy Bug". She always put others before herself. She loved animals and often took in strays. She enjoyed going to the mountains, being outdoors, swimming at the lake – any lake, fishing, target shooting, drawing, and writing poetry. Her favorite color was pink.
She worked as a welder, first with her father in his shop and then at Action Hot Oil.
Erika is survived by her parents, Barry and Evette Hadlock, Neola; her grandmother, Prudy Daniels, Roosevelt, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Everett Daniels, and Dallas and Emil Hadlock; uncle Hal Daniels, uncle Paul, (Mac) Hayne, Gene Daniels.
A memorial service will be held at the Roosevelt Baptist Church and, in the future, according to her wishes, she will have a wake and then her cremated remains will be scattered.
