Elizabeth Wright Obituary

Elizabeth "Betsy" Wright, 78, resident of Hollis, NH, died at her home on March 4, 2021 after a period of declining health.

She was born in New York City on March 7, 1942, a daughter of the late Theodore and Mildred (Bullard) Taborne.

Betsy was raised and educated in Amherst, NH and graduated from Milford High School, Class of 1960. She worked for many years as an educator with Granite State Beauty School and was an Instructor of Cosmetology.

She married Forrest Wright of Milford and together they resided on their farm in Hollis, NH for many years. Betsy loved being on the farm, taking care of her many animals and painting out in the back yard. In addition, she enjoyed spending time on the road with Forrest, traveling to Foxwoods and all around the Country.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Earl Taborne in 1983.

Survivors include her husband, Forrest H. Wright of Hollis, NH; her niece, Sarah O'Rourke Chasseaur; her nephew, Jonathan O'Rourke; and many close friends.

A private graveside service will be held in Meadowview Cemetery, Amherst, NH in the spring. A celebration of life will be held at the farm at a later date.
