Time has not erased my memory of the things that I wrote on this page the year that you left to sing in the heavenly choir. I will never forget you and thanks again for all that you gave of your love and care for this world and for those of us who were in it with you.

Such a beautiful person and what a tenor voice!!
Thanks, Bob, for all that you gave to your country at home and abroad, and to all that you gave the world of music with your voice in song. Perhaps you'll meet another beautiful tenor voice, that of my husband Phillip, when you get to sing in the heavenly choir!! Godspeed!! Connie LaRosa

Bob will long be remembered by those tenors (and others) who came together year after year to sing Handel's "The Messiah". He certainly is singing in a bigger choir now. Thank you for sharing him with so many of us.

Polly, Am so sorry to read of Bob's passing - another of "The Country Cordsmen" (remember the Music Man in 1965?)... and joined the heavenly choir. Expect that Bob and Gil are ringing a cord about now - I don't know about Wayne or Bill. My sympathies to you and your family.

I have learned so much as a barbershopper and so enjoyed singing with Bob over the last 30 + years. He carried the tenor section (as the only tenor) for some years and did so beautifully and with great humor. He will be sorely missed!

Bob was a charter member of the Concord Coachmen Chorus, and as that senior member was an inspiration to the rest of us. My first recollection of that chorus was when they were on West St., and the one man that stood out was Bob. He will be greatly missed.
