David Sirott Obituary
David Laurence Sirott, 52, died unexpectedly on January 12, 2021 at Pleasant Valley hospital of heart complications. He was born on August 8, 1968 in San Jose, California.
David was a life-long resident of Camarillo. He graduated with a B.A. degree in Social Sciences from San Jose State University. David was an avid musician and sports aficionado. His passion for music was felt throughout the community with his John Cougar Mellencamp tribute band making regular appearances over the years. David loved baseball and everything to do with it - coaching, playing and following his beloved Mets. He was also a huge Raider's fan. David was an active member of the AA community, helping many people achieve and maintain sobriety. David had an infectious personality. He was known for his big heart, quick wit, and his kind, compassionate spirit.
David is survived by his parents Carol and Richard Sirott, his sister Michelle Sirott, his nephews Benjamin and Lucas Olszewski; his cousins Davis Sobiech, Denise Thompson, Tim and Teneé Davis; his extended family, countless friends, and his two best buddies - his dogs Kona and Myles. David was preceded in death by his nephew, Joshua Olszewski.
We will be holding an online memorial service on Wednesday, January 27th at 6:30 PM PT. Those who wish to remember David in a special way may make gifts in his memory to Donate - Animal Services Foundation of Ventura County
