To Rod,David and the family of Lillie Fujita,
I learned of Mrs. Fujita's passing a few weeks ago. I had fond memories of meeting her and her husband Nagao when I was in middle school. My dearly departed mother, Odessa did housekeeping in the Fujita home. My mom loved Mrs. Fujita and spoke fondly of her throughout the years.
My youngest daughter, Raquel had the wonderful privilege of having Mrs. Fujita as her first grade teacher at Driffill school!!!!
I occasionally saw and spoke to Mrs. Fujita at Von's market during the 80's and she was very proud of her sons and their families. Mrs Fujita was a beautiful, classy lady. My heartfelt condolences to all that knew and loved her.
