John W. "Johnny" Jones

John "Johnny" Jones was taken from us Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009, in Houston. Cremation services will be handled by Klein Funeral Home in Houston. He accomplished so much in his short life. He grew up in Waco, and attended TSTC, then traveled the world for his career. He had recently retired and was living in Houston, where his favorite hobby was going fishing on the coast with his dog, Magie. Johnny was a kind man and loved all animals. He will be greatly missed. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, O.B. and Ruby C. Jones. He is survived by his siblings, Obie Jones, Eddie Jones, Margie Morris, Shirley Jones, Diann Dyke and Bonnie J. Herring; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite Humane Society in his name.
