Shelly Easter Obituary
Shelly was born in Rosebud to Richard Janeke and Sherry Tobias Janeke. She was raised and attended school in Marlin. After graduation, she attended Franklin University. Shelly married her soul mate, Tim Easter, in 1998. They made their home in Temple and had one daughter, Chesney.
Shelly worked the last 15 years for Scott & White Hospital where she was currently the Podiatry Clinic Manager.
Survivors include husband, Tim; and daughter, Chesney of Temple; parents, Richard and Ann Janeke of Reagan, and Sherry Tobias of Marlin; brother, Troy Janeke and fiancŽe, Cindy, of Temple; father-in-law, David Easter of Marlin; sister-in-law, Kim Ray and husband, Garry, of Morgan's Point; aunts, Janet Anders and husband, Lee, of Waco, Barbara St. Romain of Katy, Kay Niemeyer of Otto, and Liz Tobias of Marlin; uncles, John Janeke and wife, Martha, of Waco, Alton Tobias of Mooreville, Gary Tobias of Robinson, Tommy Tobias of Riesel, Perry Tobias and Mike Tobias of Marlin; her dogs, Chewy, Chubbs and Precious, who meant so much to her; and countless friends and co-workers whose lives she enhanced.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Chesney Easter Fund at Scott & White Employees Credit Union P.O. Box 246 Temple, TX 76503.
Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
