October 23, 2014

I extend my sincerest condolences to you, the family of Mr. Duvall. In 1983, he interviewed me for my first teaching position in Prince George's County. I remember how nervous I was as I took the test at the Board of Education. When I had completed the test and my paper had been scored, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Duvall who said, "I wanted to meet the person who scored 100% on the math section." I remember his smile and how he put me at ease. He represented the Board of Education extremely well, and after all of these years, I still remember his kindness. May God grant you peace and comfort as you mourn the passing of your loved one and celebrate his legacy of service, rspect, and love for all.

Peace to you,
