Dear Craig and Wendy,
Your mother taught me in 5th grade in 1990 and she was a wonderful teacher. I was the "teachers pet" and all my friends made fun of me, but I didn't care because Ms. Groman was such an inspiration and taught me many life lessons. During the years I kept it touch with her at the annual Nordstrom's Sale and she was always sweet and kind and one of the main reasons I became a teacher. She will be missed! With deepest sympathy, Sarah Kaplan.

Dear Craig and Wendy: Your mother taught me in 6th grade almost 35 years ago. I still remember clearly her beautiful smile, enthusiasm and love for her students. I'm sure you don't remember because you were both so little, but you all as a family came to my parents' house for dinner. I was so thrilled that 'Mrs. Brodsky' would take the time to come to my house. It really made me feel special. Thanks for sharing her life with us. With my deepest sympathy, Marianne DiSomma, Barnsley Class of '73
