GERTRUDE GILLIAM "Trudy" (Age 71)
Of Ft. Washington, MD, passed peacefully on July 26, 2014, with her loved ones surrounding her. Beloved mother of Mia Harrington (Dwayne, Sr.) of Ft. Washington, MD and John Gilliam, Jr. (Rosemarie) of Lanham, MD; dear sister of Elise Richmond of Houston, TX; loving grandmother of Aaron Gilliam, Dwayne Harrington, Jr., Quentin Gilliam and Kayla Harrington.Family and friends will be received at Lee Funeral Home, Inc., Branch Ave. and Coventry Way, Clinton, MD on Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 8, 2014, 9:30 a.m. at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7804 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD 20745. Interment to follow at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory may be directed to the Hospice of the Chesapeake of Prince Georges County, 9500 Arena Drive, Suite 250, Largo, MD 20774.www.leefuneralhomes.com
