On TuesDay, September 11, 2007; beloved husband of Elenora M. Key; devoted father of Erica, Joseph C. and Elias; he is also survived by four grandchildren; two sister, Emma Jean and Delores; two brothers, James L. and Kenneth; a daughter-in-law, Andrea; other relatives and friends. Mr. Key, Jr. will lie in state at Third Baptist Church, 1546 5th St., N.W. Tuesday, September 18 from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Services by STEWART.
