On Tuesday, September 7, 2004. A resident of Dale City, VA for over 24 years. A native of Washington, DC, she is the beloved wife of 31 years of James K. Embrey; loving mother of Monica Staats and her husband, Richard, Bryan Embrey and his wife, Graciela and the late Cheri Lee Embrey, who died in infancy; grandmother of Brandon, Kenneth, Bryanna and Anthony Staats, Aric and Liliana Embrey; sister of Palma Crozier, Stephanie Patterson, Michael Faber, Phyllis Faber and the late Frances (Franny) Johnson. Millie is also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Family will be receiving friends at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME OF ARLINGTON, 4510 Wilson Blvd. on Sunday, September 12, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, September 13, 10 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 3305 Glen Carlyn Rd., Falls Church, VA. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
