Owen Cummings Obituary
Owen Vincent Cummings JR.
Devoted father, brother and grandfather, Owen Vincent "OV" Cummings, Jr. passed peacefully on January 15, 2023 at the age of 83. OV grew up in Torrington, CT, graduated from Providence College, and worked 33 years as Division Director of the USDA. An avid golfer, he played for many years at Country Club of Fairfax. He raised his family in Fairfax and moved to Cove Point in Lusby, MD after retirement. Before passing he lived at Morningside House in Parkville, MD. Survived by daughter Molly Newman, granddaughters Madeline and Kayleigh, and sister, Mary Cummings. A service will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, Manassas, VA on January 28, 2023 at 11 a.m.

What a great photo of such a wonderful Soul.
OV .... Donna and I have missed your visits to FLORIDA and your wit and conversation.
You were a good friend we are lucky to have had you as a neighbor and a friend. Rest well old friend.
