FRANKS ROCHELLE BETH BUTOWSKY FRANKS "Shelly" On Friday, May 23, 2008, ROCHELLE "Shelly" BETH BUTOWSKY FRANKS, age 51, of Vienna, VA. She was a distinguished Disability Program Officer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Loving wife of Bruce D. Franks; beloved daughter of Sally and M. Alan Sickles of Dresher, PA; loving sister of Marc (Victoria) Stuart and dear aunt of Jennifer N. and Michael B. Stuart, all of Oak Park, CA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend services Sunday, June 1, 2008, 10:30 a.m. at Congregation Keneseth Israel, Elkins Park, PA. Interment to follow at Montefiore Cemetery. A Memorial Service at Shelly's alma mater, Gallaudet University, will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Franks Deaf-Blind Leadership Training Fund, c/o Gallaudet University, 800 Florida Ave., N.E., Washington, DC 20002. http:// support.gallaudet.edu/gift2/creditcard /index.cfm. Shelly Butowsky Franks was my dearest friends since 1971. I miss her a lot. I loved her. She was a special lady in my life. I will be always remembered her.

I really don't know her very well even I met her a several times. I was sad to hear about her death. I m sure she should be very happy in Heaven painlessly. She will make many new friends in Heaven as well as her family members.
