Rochelle Beth Butowsky Franks

Shelly Butowsky Franks was my dearest friends since 1971. I miss her a lot. I loved her. She was a special lady in my life. I will be always remembered her.
My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

Sorry to hear about your beloved loss thou she no longer had suffered. Especially, her wisdom and passion, to help people, are gone. I will always remember my good times with her since my Gallaudet time. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for your introducing me to your charming and beautiful wife. She made me feel more welcome to stay in D.C. Then led me to meet your wonderful friends after her 50th birthday party. I sorely missed her very much.
