RUSSELL EUGENE WEBER (Age 74)
Passed to eternal life on October 5, 2016 at Hospice House in Olathe, Kansas due to complications arising from Lewy Body Dementia. A native of Lincoln, NE. DC area resident for over 30 years. He is survived by Jean O'Grady and their two children, Anya and Matthew Weber of Alexandria, VA. Son Russell (Kellan) Weber, grandchildren, Rylen, Jackson and Amelia of Olathe, KS. Brother Don (Diane) of Lincoln, NE. Earned a BA in Architecture from the University of Nebraska in 1967. Practiced commercial architecture as a, Project Architect, Vice President and Project Manager for several international design firms in Omaha and DC: Leo A Daly, Ellerbe Becket and Michael Baker. Projects in US, Europe, the Middle and Far East. An active member of The Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament in DC and later the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Alexandria, VA. Family will receive friends at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314 on Thursday, October 20, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon on Friday, October 21st at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8710 Mount Vernon Hwy., Alexandria, VA 22309.
