I met my father in law almost 30 years ago. From the very beginning he welcomed me into the family. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and a devoted husband to his wife. God gave us all a gift in January 2014 by allowing him to live another year after a ruptured aortic aneurysm. During this past I year I got to really know Dad and he told us many wonderful stories of his life. I will miss him terribly but take comfort in knowing he is again reunited with his daughter Helen, his son Ned, his brothers, sister and his dear Mother. Thank-you Dad for loving me and for making me better person just for having known you. Love, Roberta

My heart is with you all at this time. Please remember the good times and funny times. There will be days when there is a great void because he is not there but embrace it because you loved him. If I could do anything to help ease the loss, I would in a minute, take heart....love never dies. Keep looking up and know I am praying for you. With much love and sympathy. Respectfully, Ingrid Vance
