Travis A. Barker Nekoosa, WI - Travis A. Barker, age 51, of Nekoosa, WI, passed away on December 28, 2024, at Marshfield Medical Center.

Travis was born on November 5, 1973, to Thomas and Denise (Jeske) Barker in Janesville, WI.

A Celebration of life will be held on Sunday January 12, 2025, from 1:00pm until 5:00pm at the Nekoosa Community Center, located at 416 Crestview Lane, Nekoosa, WI.

Travis was known for his stubborn and unruly personality. Both traits that made him unforgettable and endearing. Beneath his tough exterior, he had a heart as big as the world. He loved deeply and unconditionally, always putting others' needs before his own. Whether it was a friend, stranger, or animal, Travis was the first to lend a hand without hesitation. Many more have known Travis from his years of service with River City Cab and Toppers Pizza.

He had a passion for cars, particularly his Camero and Mercedes. After battling an illness, he embraced life with a new outlook. He wasted no time tackling items on his bucket list, and making every moment count. Though his time here was far too short, his impact was immeasurable.

He is survived by his parents, Denise and Tom; siblings, David (Stephanie) Barker, Kent (Aley) Barker; nephew, Orion Barker; nieces, Jaci (Vince) Dempsey and Kassie Day (Michael Bonow); and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Doris Jeske; grandfather, William Jeske Sr.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barker; great- grandparents; and uncles, Dean Barker, and Richard Barker.
