Dear Margie, Vicki and Tina and your families and loved ones: We were away and just learned about Paul's passing. We have the fondest memories of you all and we know how much you will miss your husband, dad and grandpa. Paul worked so hard for our town and we really appreciate all his time and energy helping to preserve our beautiful resources...beaches, parks, buildings around town. He will be sorely missed. We send you our deepest condolences and are sorry to have missed celebrating his life with all of you. Hoping our paths will cross and we can give you warm hugs. I had the pleasure of working for Paul for several years at Nauset Beach. He was one of the best bosses I could have had, and made me feel like a trusted and valued employee, even if I was only there seasonally. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathies for Marge and the rest of he family. I was lucky enough to be one of Paul's lifeguards 1983-1987 and they were five of the best summers of my life. Paul always treats us with kindness and respect and as adults even when we got into the "occasional" high-jinx. He will be sorely missed.

My sympathies go out to you, Margir; Byron, Barry and all of Paul's family. I recall so many happy days playing baseball, sledding or enjoying many other times with our next door neighbors..the Fulchers. Time has past and Paul accomplished much. My last memories go back to the celebration of life for our angel Ashley.

I was sorry to hear of Paul's passing. Myself and my brothers Joe, Charlie, Fran and sister Mary worked for Paul as lifeguards at Nauset in the 70's and 80's. Additionally my niece Karen and Nephew Brian worked for him in recent years. He was kind and fair man who trusted and valued all of the guards despite some of our antics! He will be missed.

I want to extent my sincere sympathy to all of Paul's family. I'm a Chatham next door neighbor, old friend, and classmate of Paul's - long lost touch. I'm very impressed and heartened, reading of Paul's life long legacy in Orleans, and viewing the wealth of pictures of a great and full family life.

Margie, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I can't go to Nauset Beach without thinking of Paul. Paul was a standup guy, such an asset to Orleans. He, like Donnie Walsh were pillars of the community. I know Paul will be severely missed by his loving family and by all of us who knew him.

Margie and family,
Paul and I got to know each other when I worked on the Pops and other concerts. Paul was hard-working, kind, a great problem-solver and very funny. Pops In The Park would never have happened without Paul's help and support. He will be missed. My sincere condolences to you, your family and the Town. Paul's death is a great loss.

Fulcher family please accept my condolences at this most difficult time. I worked for Paul at the Town Hall building for over ten years. He was a good guy and treated me more than fair. He will be greatly missed as one who cared so much about his community.

Dear Margie and family,
Please accept my sincere sympathy in the loss of Paul. He did so much for the Town; his work is a lasting legacy. In the years I worked for the Town, I often saw Paul, and he always had a smile and a cheerful word. I know his grandchildren brought him great joy; it was nice to meet Sidella at Byron's wedding.
