To all members of Billy's Family,
My heart is so heavy with grief as I remember a young sweet child full of life and love. A teen full of vigor and hopes. A man who loved his wife, children, mother, father, brother and close friends in only the way he knew how. I am choosing to remember the sparkle in his eyes for that was the true Billy.
