Ronald Federico Obituary

Ronald S. Federico of East Bridgewater died peacefully after a lengthy illness. Ronald was age 50 and had a courageous battle with brain cancer. Ronald grew up in East Bridgewater and was the loving son of Albert and Rosalie (Ruggiero) Federico of East Bridgewater. Ron was a graduate of East Bridgewater High School, Class of 1979 and raised his own family in Holbrook. Ronald was a talented mason who worked for various construction companies in the greater Brockton area. He was passionate about fishing and motorcycles. He always enjoyed himself at the family cottage in Lisbon NH working with his mother and father while they did masonry and carpentry together. He loved having fun and spending time with his beautiful girls. Ronald was the loving husband of Rosemarie Federico of Holbrook. Devoted father of Angela M. Federico and Nicole P. Federico of Holbrook, and Jamie English of East Bridgewater. Loving brother of Kathleen Magee of Hanson, Anthony Federico of Middleboro, and Michael Federico of East Bridgewater. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral was Tuesday, March 20 from the East Bridgewater, Prophett-Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 35 Spring St. East Bridgewater at 9 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Johns Church, Central St., East Bridgewater at 10 a.m. followed by a burial at Central Cemetery. Visiting hours were in the funeral home on Monday, March 19 from 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to New England Sinai, 150 York Street, Stoughton, MA 02072 or American Cancer Society, 5 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379. I was so sorry ro hear about Ronnies passing. I would run into him every now and then and always reminised about growin up in the neighborhood. Its been a while since I had seen him,and was taken back by this news. My sincere condolences to you all,from my entire family.
