Penny Jo Kelley

1961 - 2015

Penny Jo Kelley, 53, passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2015, at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
She was born on October 12, 1961, in Winchester, to Barbara E. (Tharp) Kelley and the late Donald E. Kelley. Penny attended the Winchester Community High School and later received an Associate's Degree from Ivy Tech Community College. She worked at Reeves in Winchester, and currently, was working at Ivy Tech Community College for 13 years. Penny enjoyed reading, baking, cooking, and watching mystery shows on T.V. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Penny is survived by her one daughter whom she loved dearly, Ericka Kelley; her mother, Barbara E. Kelley of Winchester; her siblings, Brian and Traci Kelley; three step siblings, Karen Ward, Greg Anderson, and David Anderson; her nieces, Mackenzie Kelley and Reagan Kelley; her nephew, Trae Kelley; her step mother, Rosadean Kelley.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Kelley; and a step sister Kathy Leach.
Funeral services will be at, 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at the Walker Funeral Home, in Winchester, with Dale Lovell officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Farmland.
