Caroline Ann Schmuck, 71, entered into rest at 6:51 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2017 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Keith G. Schmuck who passed on February 5, 2016.
Born August 26, 1945 in Dillsburg, Caroline was a daughter of the late Ray J. and Grace "Chloe" (Crumlick) Nailor.
She graduated from Dover High School and was a homemaker.
Caroline was a member of Harmony Grove Community Church. She was very active with Christian Womens Club of York as well as numerous church ministries. She was also a Stonecroft Bible Studies leader.
Caroline is survived by two children, Wendy K. Gohn and husband, Doug of Orlando, FL and Brian K. Schmuck of Dover; two granddaughters, Amelia G. and Alayna J. Gohn; three brothers, Guy Nailor, Roy Nailor and Gerald Nailor, all of Dillsburg; and a sister, Esther Thomas of Texas. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry Nailor and Robert Nailor; and three sisters, Charlotte Trump, Sandy Watson and Rosella Duboard.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Caroline's funeral at 11 a.m. and the viewing from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Harmony Grove Community Church, 6390 Harmony Grove Rd., Dover. Burial will follow in St. Paul's Red Run Cemetery. Officiating will be her pastor, the Rev. James Crosley. Emig Funeral Home, Dover, is serving her family.
