Dale K. Shock

Dale Shock Obituary

WINDSOR TWP. Dale Kevin Shock, 35, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 7, 2009. He was the husband of Amanda (Tuson) Shock. Born September 18, 1973, in Maryland, he was the son of Candance (Ellinger) Shock-Burnham of Shrewsbury and Frank Shock. Mr. Shock was a selfemployed auto mechanic. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a daughter, Mikayla Shock, and two sons, Dawson Shock and Charlie Shock, all of York; and one sister, Laneen Shock of Shrewsbury. There will be a visitation from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, followed by a 7 p.m. service at the John H. Danner Funeral Home, 822 E. Market St., York. The Rev. Grace Sultzbach will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home at 822 E. Market St., York, PA 17403 to help defray the funeral costs.

It has been awhile since I have seen Dale, and it seems we only get in touch at times like this. But know that he and Lannie have been in my thoughts often, and it saddens me greatly to hear of this loss. Dale you will be missed. We had a great time through the years. I wish I was able to find you before you left us so I could say good bye. We were suppose to grow old together like we said we would and still be great friends. You were a great person and a friend to many people. to the Shock Family:
We were saddened to hear the news about Dale. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all that has lost him. Dale was our neighbor when we lived in Wrightsville, and he was one of the nicest people we had ever met. He would always go out of his way to help a neighbor. Again our hearts and prayers go out to Amanda and the 3 kids.
