Holly Marie Collins (Gallagher), 40, born in York PA and living in Key Largo FL, lost her ongoing struggle with mental health on Wednesday July 21st, 2021. Holly spent years cultivating her organic cleaning and organizing business, A Butterfly's Touch. She was dedicated to spreading positivity and hope through her words, actions, and artwork. Holly was a beacon of love and happiness to every person who crossed her path, and will always be remembered for her innate ability to care so deeply for humans, animals, and nature. She was a passionate vegan on an intense journey of self-discovery, constantly excited to share the lessons she has learned with her loved ones. Holly's exuberance and humor will always be celebrated by her countless family and friends, including parents Brian and Deborah (Lavine) Gallagher, Gramma Erla Gallagher, siblings Angela, Brian and his partner Samantha, Alan and his fiancé Jessica, niece Savannah, husband Kyle Collins, and stepsons Jack and Jordan. Holly's family will receive friends for a celebration of life Saturday July 31st, 2021 at Butterfly Park, 2300 Palm Drive, Homestead, Florida, 33035. Guests may arrive after 10am. A butterfly release will be performed at 11:11am.
