Sam Strickland Obituary
One of his greatest moments was when he was chosen to be the "Opening Act", for Rapper Ice Cube's protege Mack 10, along with his posse, and girl group GNS… As the years progressed, while continuously raising his first child, he worked with Hall of Fame Baseball Player, Tony Gwynn, of the San Diego Padres (MLB).
The family is honored to have had him "in our life". Good, Bad, or Indifferent, he was still our baby brother, and to other, one of their favorite "homies", of all times.
He is survived by his (4) Daughters, Drenaisha Denise, Angelique, Cassiana, Erykah, and Son Tejon of Atlanta, GA.
And (5) Grandchildren. (5) Siblings, Angela,
Andre, Dajaun, Tanya and Darnella.
Services to be held at Yuma Mortuary 775 S. 5th Ave, Yuma, AZ Friday, December 14th, @ 2:00 PM.
Traditional Indian Rites @ 5 PM Quechan Big House.
