I worked for Bob in the 60's and managed his residential building in north Richland. My first job for Bob was installing an underground sprinkler system at his first house of the year and later at his Richland apartment complex on Stevens Drive. My office was next to his in his newly completed office building on Jadwin Ave in Uptown Richland. Bob was a wonderful person to work for he was extremely passionate towards promoting the Tri-Cities. THANKS Bob for all your support in making this a good place to live.
