Jack Reyna Obituary
"It is with a heavy heart that we confirm that Jack Reyna lost his battle with cancer (Thursday)," the family said in a statement released through U.S. Soccer. "Jack was so courageous during his two-year fight that he's become a hero and inspiration to many. Surrounded by his entire family, Jack passed peacefully at the age of 13."
Claudio Reyna played for the U.S. team in three World Cups and played for several European clubs. He is now the youth technical director for U.S. Soccer.

My son died a few yrs ago and I know it hurts. I am sorry for the family because losing a child is the saddest thing a parent can go through. I wish them peace and love in their hearts and know Jack isn't hurting anymore and he's doing well. He will always be there for the parents as their guardian ANGEL. So sorry for your loss...when my daughter's best friend died of cancer in March she said that while we didn't get the miracle we prayed for (physical healing), we did in fact have a miracle...having Amy (Jack) as a continuing part of our lives. Love never dies.

what is there to say when a parent loses a child?? Tears flow down our face & our heart aches for his parents. I grew up hearing a parent should never bury a child after a lose in our family. The pain will always be there but dont let it stop the wonderful memories from shining through. He's up in heaven now and as an angel watching over you.
