Mr and Mrs Wang:
We too lost our only child last year. There is no greater grief. As a Christian, you know he is with God. Find peace in that, although it is so very hard at this time. We will pray for the repose of his soul and that your broken hearts will mend.

I am shocked and deeply saddened to hear about your loss. We need God's peace in our lives more than ever. Reading 1 Peter chapter 5 verses 6 and 7 has brought me a great deal of comfort .

Our hearts are overflowing with sadness on hearing of Weihan's death during the drive-by shooting that has alarmed our nation. We pray that the God of all comfort grant you inner peace that can overpower your grief for your beloved son and your cherished friend. Most of all, our hope is that Ecclesiastes 9:5 and 10 also be of some consolation as you struggle to rebuild your lives with pleasant memories of Weihan etched deeply within your hearts and minds. Remembering Weihan Wang fondly as a nation today and in the days to come!
