Rose Siggins Obituary
Known best to television audiences as Legless Suzi from "American Horror Story: Freak Show," Siggins had a rare genetic disorder called sacral agenesis. She was born with severely deformed legs, which doctors amputated when she was a 2-year-old. This condition also caused kidney and pancreas issues for which she was receiving treatment when she died.
A mother of two, Siggins said she was the first woman with sacral agenesis to give birth successfully to children who were not deformed. Her story was profiled on the U.K. Channel 5 series "Extraordinary People."
In addition to acting and raising a family, Siggins had a passion for cars, both as a mechanic and race car driver.
She is survived by her children, Luke and Shelby, and her husband, Dave Siggins.

For in heaven she is complete and dancing with the angels and singing to God and Jesus. As her hair blows and flows with the clouds her smile is now a star. Blessed are those that mourn for we shall be comforted. Look up to the night sky family look up and look for the star that twinkles, just to you that is her smile. Feel the wind blow so softly around you , that is her hug. Her body is gone from this earth but her spirit lives in the kids. Grow up make the right choices go to college have a great life. I never knew you or met you Rose but I saw your documentary and followed you on Facebook for a long while. I am deeply heartbroken and saddened that you have left this world. Rosie You were a very special person in my life My very first best friend in my life personally..you and your decked out walker right next to mine with our cute innocent smiles not to mention our fun we had together in pe class with those square boards with wheels on bottom playing bumper cars but those are just 2 memories out of very many that I will always have. Rosie was a sweet woman who always thought of others before herself. I went to middle school with her and remember her riding her skateboard through the halls. She was an amazing mechanic. She told me that the guys were jealous cause she could just climb up in under the hood and reach things easier than they could. I got a big kick out of her. She was a great speaker too. My mom had invited her to speak to the children from our church to tell her story. She came and the kids loved her and were inspired by her. I have spoken to some of those kids, who are now teenagers, and they still think about the encouraging words she left with them.
She was loved and will be missed greatly.
