Rios was vacationing in Orlando, celebrating a friend's birthday, when he visited the club. His mother remembered talking to him on Friday and hearing him sound joyful and upbeat.
"He just sounded so happy," she told the New York Daily News. "Enrique was a wonderful person."

My deepest condolence to the whole family during this devasting time. I have come to know Enrique at ADA College. He was a caring and loyal person that care for his family and especially for his grandmother he talked about in classes. He will truly be missed.
