To Faith Hill, her brothers and the rest of Mr. Perrys family. I know that no words can ease your pain. Although I didnt know him, I feel like Mr. Hill was a kind and loving father. Otherwise, he couldnt have raised a daughter that has taken time off superstardom to stay home and raise her children. My father died in 2014 and I still miss him everyday. My mother died in 1977 at the age of 51 so my father and I were especially close.
Remember the good times and take comfort that he and his wife are together in heaven, with no fears or tears and no pain. They are probably also going from one side of the pearly gates to the other announcing that they are The PARENTS of FAITH HILL.
Those of us from Mississippi are also very proud of her!!!

Faith Tim Maggie Gracie & Audrey - Forever etched in my memory - We were in a singing competition in Meridian MS. Jimmy Rogers Festival. We had never met. As we were laughing & talking, you ask me to come & meet your beautiful Mother and Daddy. They were sitting in lawn chairs anxious to hear you sing. Your sweet Daddy got up and gave me a hug. A simple "nice to meet you wasn't enough for him." They both expressed how proud of you they were and your Daddy's face lit up when he simply looked at you. My heart breaks for all of you ❤

Heartfelt sympathy goes out to you Faith and your family. I actually had the chance to meet some of the members of your family on two different occasions, Ted being one of them. Ted and I struck up a conversation as we were waiting in Jackson, Ms. and shared stories. He proudly stated, he was from Star, Ms. and asked if I listened to country music? As our conversation continued, Little did I know, I was sitting beside and conversating with the father of a star. It just so happened that one of my favorite singers was his adopted daughter, what are the odds of that. He was so proud as he talked, not of his adopted daughter but his "daughter" and family. I inquired about his wife which I had previously met. Deepest Condolences to the family. Just wanted you to know that your dad was one of the nicest and most courteous men I have ever met! I am grateful for such a chance meeting, to meet such a wonderful person!'s

I would like say how sorry I am to the Perry family, the McGraw family; losing a loved one, ( a parent) is one of the most difficult times in your life . I lost my youngest son 29 , 3 years ago, and lost my Mom last August. I treasure the memories that I have with each one of them. Also listening to the song Dancing in the sky really helped me.
