Fond childhood memories of Grover, The Count and the whole gang. I still tune into Sesame Street now & then with interest for the changing techniques adapted to changing times. The role of preschool TV edu-tainment is ever more important in today's world. Thanks Lloyd and condolences to loved ones.

Dearest Mary, Julie , Sarah, and All Family,
We are truly saddened to hear about the death of Lloyd Morrisett, and we send our heartfelt condolences to you during this difficult time. We have certainly lost a talented person. I remember watching Sesame Street when I was younger and I received so much joy from watching it and from learning from Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, and all the other diverse characters. Sesame Street demonstrated that humans and animals can be friends, live together peacefully, and learn from each other. We are thankful for Mr. Morrisett’s creativity and his ingenious idea to use television to teach children basic skills. His wonderful legacy will indeed continue, and he will be remembered.
May you continue to treasure your good memories. May prayers strengthen you and cherished memories comfort you, and may God soothe your hearts and comfort you always. 23rd Psalm
