To the family of Tom Venner,
Ellen and I were saddened to learn of the passing of our old friend. We first got to know Tom and Bonnie when Tommy started playing little league with our sons in Stoddard back in the `80´s. We spent a lot of beautiful summer evenings at the ballpark cheering on the teams and making new friends. I was fortunate to get to teach and get to know Tommy and Roxanne while I was at De Soto High School. Tom drove my High School ball teams and forensics team to events. We would talk of farming, hunting, kids and sports. He was always kind and had a smile and a good word. Tom will be missed by so many. If you all remember Tom at special times, sharing stories and memories, he will always be with you in spirit and remembrance.
With sympathy, Ellen and Greg Koelker

With sympathy and prayers to Tom’s family. I played a lot of baseball with Tom on the famous Genoa Team. He was always kind to me as I was some younger and looked up to Tom and my brother Ken. I have many fond memories of my cousin Tom!
