Ludwig Bruschi Obituary

Ludwig Bruschi

In Loving memory of Ludwig Bruschi "Ninny" 84, who was born on August 7th, 1934 in Union City, New Jersey. Ludwig passed away at 84 years old on April 19th, 2020, peacefully in the care of our beloved health care workers at Jersey Shore Meridian Health.

Ludwig grew up In Northern New Jersey and loved to spend time in New York City with his close family of friends. Ludwig had an eye for design and a passion for real estate. He was the developer and visionary of Cobble Stone Village in Ocean Township, NJ, a project which was dear to his heart. Ludwig had a deep love for his Italian heritage, food, horses, motorcycles, gardening, and the good life. He was admirable, loyal, loving, and generous. He had a witty sense of humor and a radiant smile. There wasn't a family member or friend whose life he didn't touch. He was our go to guy.

Proceeded by his beautiful wife, Virginia, of whom he used to say "I miss her somethin terrible", his parents Antonette and Anthony, and his brother Anthony. Ludwig is survived by his dear sisters, Carol and Joan; his loving children , daughter, Toni; son, Luddy; and by his 6 grandchildren, Alycia, Talia, Gianna, Anthony, Cole, and Lacey. Also three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his very close and dear friends that were an extension of his family. Ludwig will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Due to the CDC guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic, funeral arrangements are private and under the care of the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson NJ. We will be celebrating Ludwig's life soon with a church ceremony and dinner at one of his favorite spots, Jimmy's in Asbury Park. Hey Luddy, I´ll never forget how happy you Mom and Dad were when you got lost on the Boardwalk in SeasideHeights and I thought maybe you just might have wondered into an arcade. So I went through two major arcades and the last one all the way in the back by the ski ball row, there you were.. . I never forget your Mom and Dads faces when I walked up holding your hand to them. Your Dad looked at me and said, "Billy, I´ll never forget you for finding my son ". Rest In Peace Uncle Ninni... You may be gone, but you´ll never be forgotten Xxx-ooO

To Toni, Luddy and Family, Our hearts are with yours as we mourn your dad. I was so grateful I stopped by to see you over the summer and together we went to see your dad. I Loved seeing his excitement as I brought him his favorite pinnole cookies. He is dear to our hearts; my other dad. And we count him as a blessing in our lives.
Eternal Rest Grant unto Him oh Lord. And Let the Perpetual Light shine upon him. May he rest in The Peace of Christ. Amen
With the Love of Jesus and Mary we remain yours,
Anita and Billy
