Not sure what to say?

Remembering you, Carrie. Miss you. Love you.

Carrie was a beautiful soul and will be truly missed.

Words are never enough to fill the void. Although we lost touch shortly after high school your spirit and friendship always had me thinking about you from time to time. Rest easy and fly high.

Gig, Karen, Stacy and family. I am so very sad to learn of Carrie’s passing. I loved her as a sister, and as you know she was my closest friend for many years. I was blessed to be a pet of the Harper family as she was a part of the Beard’s. May peace and comfort find you soon. Wendi

The University of Virginia Human Resources Department has lost one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people they have had over the years. Carrie was always willing and helpful to everyone who called. She never hesitated to go the extra mile that it took to resolve a problem. Carrie,
Your beautiful smile, personality and your being will be sparky missed. I truly miss our conversations. You were my payroll queen. Knowledgeable and steadfast.

Regardless of the number, she was always patient and kind. I just spoke with her recently about a project and as usual, received that...

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful woman. I like so many others worked with Carrie over the phone, before working as a colleague. It was such a pleasure to finally meet her face to face.
When I suffered my heart attack, I needed help with FMLA. Lisa Fields had just retired, and the HR structure was full of new management not familiar with UVA processes. Carrie stepped in and guided everyone through the process and she was my life savior on many days.
May God...

May the love of friends carry you through your grief. My condolences to her family. I am so sad to hear of Carrie’s passing. She was a gem. Always so helpful with issues pertaining to HR. I will miss her. I pray for the love and comfort of our Heavenly Father to comfort all during this time.
