Catrina was a best friend growing up. I could trust Catrina. She was funny , strong and that laugh could light up the room. I went with her and there family to Tennessee one Christmas. We had so much fun in the back of that car. Lol . Catrina brought fun with her where ever she was there was laughter. Lol I wasn't able to make it to the funeral but I'm thankful I was able to honor her and be by her side while she was fighting in the end. She will stay alive in the memories of her family....

I am so sorry to hear of Catrina's passing. She was one of my students in Jr. High at Fountain Gate in Plano. A few years ago she wrote me this incredible note saying I was a primary inspiration in getting her into the teaching profession. She was a person full of grace, truth and the love of Jesus.
