Patty Biello was my hero. I was a Freshman basketball player at Cardinal Dougherty High School when Patty was a Senior. Patty was a natural leader and a great basketball player. I was the oldest of seven children and I never had a dime to spend. Patty would come over to my house to pick me up in her car. There were always about 10 girls packed into the car and Patty would tell me she was taking us to Pauline and Eddies or to Greenwood Dairies in Bucks County to get ice cream sundaes. I would roll my eyes to let Patty know that I had no money for ice cream. She would say to me "Don't worry Rosie, I'm going to treat you." Patty had little money herself but she always managed to have enough to take care of me. She was the most generous and kind person I have ever known. I was blessed to have Patty as a friend for my whole life. I loved everything about Patty. I will remember her always with great affection and admiration for all the good she did for so many, including all of the students at Hallahan High where she was a coach and a mentor for 60 years. I am so sorry for the loss of Patty and know how much her loving brothers and sisters and friends will always miss her. Rest in peace Patty. We will love you forever. Rosie ORourke

Aunt Patty you will always be a light in my heart. You were an exceptional, fun Aunt. I am so blessed to have known you all my life. I remember when Susie and I broke down on the AC Expressway and you came to our rescue! You will be missed by all those whose lives you have touched and I know there are many! I was out clubbing one night way back when and a couple of young ladies in the rest room were talking about their amazing Coach from Hallahan and I was so proud to let them know you were my Aunt! Love you bunches give hugs to Aunt Peg and my Mom!❤❤ Till we meet again for a tiny beer!!!
