Eleanor was a magnificent women who I met thhrough MainStream Coalition. She never said an unkind word to or about anyone. She loved going to the Blue Moose in Prairie Village where I joined her several times for dinner and cocktails. She will be missed..

I have always admired the passion and energy Eleanor had for education, politics and children issues. I was a member of PDQ during the 70's when she started the organization. We need more Eleanor's in our lives!

Eleanor was a fervent advocate for human rights and civic engagement and was a tireless worker to make life and our community better for all. It was inspiring to work with her on committees to move forward on educational policies, political races for moderate candidates and in support of women and girls. She had a considerable impact on numerous human rights organizations and her legacy is indelible.
In addition, I will remember that she was a delightful person with good humor and great poise.

Eleanor was an amazing woman and advocate for children. She was a dear friend to my mother and I hope they're playing a round of golf somewhere. My sincerest condolence to her family. Eileen (Mallon)
