Louis Kreiling Obituary

Louis W. Kreiling, 73, of Delmont, formerly of Turtle Creek, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2001, in Jeannette District Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 11, 1928, in Rankin, a son of the late Louis and Bertha (Houser) Cook. Louis was a retired chemist with R.E. Group, Monroeville. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Irwin American Legion. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Jean. Louis is survived by his loving wife, Mary L. (Dalton) Kreiling; two stepsons, Mark Louis and Tom Cifone; and two grandchildren. Family and friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the VAIA FUNERAL HOME INC. at Twin Valley, 463 Athena Drive, Delmont, where a blessing service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Father William C. McGuirk officiating. Private interment will follow in the William Penn Memorial Park, Pittsburgh. Kevin P. Altman, supervisor in charge of arrangements. For directions go to www.VaiaFuneralHome.com.
