I am so sorry for your loss. Know that you have the prayers and love of all your friends, surrounding you at all times. The 91st Psalm was a great comfort to me during times of trials, and I hope it can be of comfort to you as well.

Teresa,
I just got word. It was just the other day we all enjoyed lunch together. I will treasure that gathering. I am concerned about you and want you to know you can call me at anytime. The guys told me the funeral was such a statement. I am sure you took comfort in all the people that showed their respect and love for Dennis. I will keep you and your family close to my heart and keep you in my prayers. I will contact you soon. All my Love and Prayers.

Firefighters are the Braverest it's more then one thing they do besides putting their lives on the line every day fighting fires, water rescue's helping people in car crashes. So many people relie on our firefighter's including for helping me with my adopted son I was distraught he was having a sizure, in the middle of the street. Here came my Heroes the fireman.
Cauthen was one of the heros we count on every day. We ask Our Heavenly Father to Bless Cauthen's Family and the other Firefighters. Rev: 21: 4,5

Dearest Cauthen Family, even though we didn't know Dennis personally we certainly want to share in the family's grief. We lived in Lancaster in the 90's. Betty and Jimmy were such a bright spot in our lives in the way they managed "their affairs" and the kindness they showed to everyone they encountered. We realize Dennis was the same. We know that the void he leaves will be great but his legacy even greater. So please know that by prayer we will be sharing the burden of loss with you all. Looking forward to the magnificent reunion one day.

A huge tragedy for the family and community when a man gives his life for the safety of others and the betterment of the society. Thanks to you and your family for letting you protect us and may peace find you all in a very short while as you, Dennis, must already be experiencing. God bless and keep you all.

As Christians we are charged with doing all things "as unto the Lord" and by giving your life you exemplified that charge. God Bless you and your family.
