Description
Caruth-Hale Funeral Home has been serving the area for more than 80 years. With expansive knowledge about the industry, the family-owned funeral home has learned to welcome families in as part of their own. They aim to make your experience positive in every aspect, whether it be making arrangements, having accommodations available for your guests, selecting a remote location for the ceremony, or creating a tribute video of life memories of the deceased. In addition, your program can feature music performed by our talented staff, an ornament for each person in attendance, and an after-service reception. Caruth-Hale Funeral Home touts an on-site crematory with several cremation options available to accommodate the needs of each family. Direct cremation is the most simple and budget-friendly option as it is without an accompanying ceremony. The staff is also well-versed in planning ash scattering ceremonies for after cremation. Or you can even choose a memorial service, which looks a lot like a funeral service. Life Celebrations are available as a casual and light way to honor the life of the deceased. You can join together in an indoor or outdoor venue and play music, dance, open up the stage for sharing memories, and display pictures, hobbies, and favorite sports teams. In addition, the funeral planning team works hard to honor the life of a fallen military hero with traditions for military honors and veteran services. They will support every step of your mourning process with grief resources. Caruth-Hale Funeral Home can help with pre-planning or immediate-need services in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Pearcy, Jessieville, Mountain Pine, Bonnerdale, Royal, Glenwood, Bismarck, and Magnet Cove. I had the memorial at the Hot Springs Village location for my beautiful wife. Andrew and his team went above and beyond what I expected. The staging showed everything my wife loved in detail. From cooking to golf to just being out in nature.Everyone who attended couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was. I never had a problem in any and every request I asked. From a final private viewing of my love with our children and grandchildren. A wonderful place to say goodbye to your loved ones.

Do NOT; I repeat; do not trust this place. The director, Andrew Gonzales is a discriminatory rude and crude individual. You can not trust these people they ripped us off thousands and collected on insurance policies they shouldn’t have. They lied from day one the moment we met with wade overturf. I tought he was a good person a preacher at that and he deliberately lied to my wife and family bc they knew we didn’t know our dad had a second insurance policy through them through American annuity and life insurance and when asked to get a copy of policy he deliberately didn’t send then Sharon sent them finally but with held all the information. We got five different statements of what we were billed for. Our father had a policy dating back to 1962 that they owe us money on and refuse to pay. You won’t be happy here with your loved one resting in peace bc you know they doing illegal and unlawful activities. I called the attorney general office and two more agencies bc they are not getting away with ut

Clarence Robinson and the entire staff at Caruth-Hale did an excellent job in making a very difficult time easy for us. Going through the process of preparing for Dad's service was therapeutic and healing. The celebration of Dad's life was beyond what we could have asked for. Thank you! We can't recommend Caruth-Hale enough!

The service was beautiful but getting everything handled was an exhausting nightmare. The staff, particularly Gary, was very intrusive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He questioned every wish we had for my dads funeral and felt it was his right to call people outside of our family and inform them of our arrangements. He was very pushy and had no respect for my family’s requests and privacy. He withheld information and disregarded what we wanted. He was argumentative and made an incredibly difficult time even more stressful. I do not trust how this facility is operated, and I would never recommend it.

My farther-in-law passed away after a stay in hospice. The hospice experience was difficult for all family members. Caruth-Hale arranged an uplifting service for my farther-in-law which was exactly what was needed after the hospice experience. The facilities are modern, and Caruth uses multi-media to lighten the mood at the services. Caruth has several features I have never seen at a funeral to enhance the experience. Wade Overturf was our main contact in arranging this service. He was excellent in the planning stages, and also delivered a moving and upbeat eulogy at the facility and at the grave site. While a funeral is never an easy experience for family and friends, Wade and Caruth made the experience a celebration of life instead of a mourning of death. This was what we wanted and they delivered.
