During this very sad time, the arrangements and funeral for our father were carried out with such professionalism and compassion. Having to negotiate with the State of Maryland where our father died; having the funeral in CT, and also having to meet with yet another funeral director in Maine where we live could have been very difficult. After the recent passing of my mother, my family and I asked Leete Stevens Funeral Home to plan her funeral service. We initially met with Sean to discuss my mom's wake, funeral and burial wishes. After hearing her wishes he outlined all options available, explaining in detail any varying factors within each option and itemized the costs . On the day of the services, the entire Leete Stevens staff was professional and courteous. The staff directed my family and those paying tribute to our mom in an organized fashion and ensured that we, the family, did not have to worry about the details. We personally found the staff to be very accommodating to our needs, allowing us to properly grieve and pay tribute. In my opinion, Sean and the Leete Stevens family went above and beyond my expectations. A truly excellent establishment whose services will again be utilized by our family in the future.
