Where do I start? The building is absolutely STUNNING! From the gardens, the grandness of the front hall down to the sparkling antique brass hinges on all the interior doors, this home is bursting with charm and character. The love that was put into the revitalization of this historic home is evident the second you arrive. Matt and his team did a fantastic job with my father's service. We estimated 100 guests. Boy were we wrong. We had a little over 200 showed up. Matt and his team worked swiftly and calmly to accommodate for the extra large group. The TVs in each room (3 overflow rooms and a breakfast room with refreshments) which broadcasted the speakers were essential for such a large group. The digital slide show and the music were perfectly executed, displaying my father's cheerful personality. Matt is very down to earth, comforting, very responsive and not at all sales pitchy (which unfortunately is very common in his field). His wife is extremely pleasant and extremely helpful as well. They make an amazing team. Thank you for making a very painful life event run smoothly.

Matt recently handled the funeral for my mother. I am blown away by the services offered by Matt and his wife. First of all, the home itself is absolutely beautiful. Matt and his wife have it decorated for Christmas with beautiful decorations, a Christmas tree, and roaring fireplaces. The atmosphere felt cozy, homey, and warm- not stark and sad like most funeral homes feel. My mother loved Christmas, and upon walking in, we knew she was smiling in approval. Matt made all arrangements extremely easy. Everything was handled upon our initial meeting and Matt was very accommodating to any requests we had. We feel he went above and beyond the usual services you receive during a funeral. Matt's wife decorated for the funeral using items and pictures we had brought in from home. The beauty of the set up helped make a hard day a little bit easier. Refreshments were offered during the service, and Matt even said he would accommodate any children by playing a movie for them if need be. I would highly recommend Rogers Funeral Home to anyone in need of their services. Such a hard time warrants the kind, compassionate, and caring services that Matt and his family offer.

Matt, his wife, and Jim were fantastic during this difficult time for us. This was our first funeral we had to deal with, and Matt immediately took action and helped us along the way. Someone always answered the phone when we called and were very accommodating, especially when we wanted to change how we went through the initial process of grieving and saying goodbye. He was always present throughout the process. They provided us with just enough professionalism along with human compassion outside of the "suits."
