Brian was very communicative and also went out of his way going into the office during the weekend to send us a letter we needed. I know we did our Dad proud today and this is in part down to the support and guidance you provided us with planning as well as the direction you gave on the day of the service. They didn't keep my fathers finger prints and now I am unable to get anything with his prints on them!!!! You should not tell a grieving family that you will keep a lost one's fingerprints and that the family can call and get them whenever they want and then not stay true to your word. I cant get something like that back. I was told by them that they are sorry. Do you know how many sorry's I've heard recently? How do you cremate someone without getting their prints first? Everything else was fine.
